H2S Awareness

H2S awarness is a program about the physical properties and characteristics of Hydrogen Sulphide Gas.  This is aimed at the learner who is not entering an industry site, such as Petroleum leases, but needs information on the hazards of H2S.

The theory of H2S  is reviewed, such as physical properties, probable locations, occupational exposure limits and sample case studies. We discuss a 7 step initial response strategy.

This is a shorter course, since no physical skills are conducted. It spans several hours or up to half a day, depending on class size and interest.

Open book quiz. 3 year certificate card awarded by Allstar Enviro Safety.

No prerequisites are required.

Check Calender for available dates for this course.
