COURSE OVERVIEW
This course contains five parts to provide you with complete training for operating mobile equipment safely and efficiently. Beginning with core mobile equipment safety principles, this package then covers four essential pieces of equipment: the Sit-Down Counterbalanced Forklift, Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP), Skid Steer, and Telehandler. Each piece of machinery offers unique capabilities but also brings with it specific hazards. In this package, we’ll equip you with the general knowledge and procedures you need to operate each piece of machinery safely and efficiently and avoid the common hazard pitfalls associated with their use.
All courses are designed to precede practical operator training and site-specific training. You must familiarize yourself with the specific equipment you wish to operate, the site on which you will operate, and the relevant regulations. Unusual operating conditions may require additional safety precautions and special operating instructions.

ONLINE COURSE DURATION
Approximately 300 minutes total:
- Mobile Equipment Operator Safety (MEOS) Training – approximately 120 minutes
- Sit-Down Counterbalanced Forklift Safety – approximately 45 minutes
- Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) Safety – approximately 45 minutes
- Skid Steer Safety – approximately 45 minutes
- Telehandler Safety – approximately 45 minutes
PASS MARK
A pass mark of 80% is required to receive a certificate.
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
Certificate of completion for each piece of equipment will be provided after successful completion of this course.
