PST 2.0 is an ENFORM certified program, launched in 2013. This course is an interactive multimedia program with video lessons. It is meant to provide all employees in the Petroleum industry with general safety awareness of their work sites.

New hires will need this entry level information on hazard recognition and their role on site with regard to safety. Experienced personnel need to review their responsibilities to ensure that preventative controls are in place that all workers should follow.

Time to finish the program will range 4- 6 hours on average.  Topics include the following:

1) Petroleum Industry Processes Overview

2) Rights and Responsibilities

3) Hazard Recognition, Assessment and Control

4) Personal Protective Equipment and Clothing

5) Education, Training and Competency

6) Safety Communication

7) Emergency Response Planning and Incident Reporting

8) Special topics in the Petroleum Industry

9) Personal Well-Being

Let us know if you wish to come to our computer lab to do the PST 2.0, or if we can set you up online.  There is a 3rd option – a classroom PST, for larger groups.

To do the PST 2.0 at your own facility, you will need a strong internet connection and a recent computer that has the capacity to view a multimedia program with streaming video.

When you successfully complete this course there will be a completion report which you can print to show you have passed the course.  Then Enform will mail you your permanent ticket which will have no expiry date, it does not expire.

Hi, was wondering if your PST 2.0 still includes the CSTS (construction stafety training system course) in the curriculum. I was interested in taking this online and just need to know that the CSTS is indeed still apart of it. If someone could email me back that would be great. Thanks.
