LEADERSHIP FUNDAMENTALS COURSE OVERVIEW
After you’ve completed this course, you’ll be able to identify key characteristics of leaders. You’ll know how to build trust and confidence with employees, and you’ll avoid behaviours that undermine leadership. You’ll be more skilled at promoting teamwork and esprit de corps, and you’ll be prepared to act decisively. And last, but not least, you’ll be able to demonstrate leadership in a crisis. Here’s a starting point. Effective leaders exhibit the following traits:

LEADERSHIP FUNDAMENTALS COURSE DURATION: This course is self paced, and can be completed in approximately 60 minutes
LEADERSHIP FUNDAMENTALS ASSESSMENT: Testing conducted in this course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved on the first attempt.
LEADERSHIP FUNDAMENTALS ONLINE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION: Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available to download and print.
