COURSE OVERVIEW

Bulldozers are among the most powerful and versatile machines on any job site, used across construction, mining, forestry, oil and gas, and land reclamation to push material, clear land, and shape terrain. That power, combined with restricted visibility, high mass, and frequent operation near workers on foot and open excavations, makes proper operator training essential. This course builds the foundational knowledge operators need to work safely with both track-type and wheel-type dozers.

• Identify the major components of track-type and wheel-type bulldozers
